Notice requirements
A valid notice should include, to the extent required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the infringing material and its location (URL or description)
- Your contact information
- A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may email a counter-notification to dmca@storypulse.ai including: your contact information; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or for any judicial district in which the Company may be found if you are outside the United States); and your physical or electronic signature. We may restore the material unless the original complainant seeks a court order within the statutory period.
Repeat infringers
We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
