1. Purpose
These Terms govern your use of the AI character chat and creation service (the "Service") operated by StoryPulse AI · 주식회사 딥브레인에이아이 · 서울특별시 강남구 역삼로7길 6 · Business reg. no.: 121-86-40924(the "Company").
2. Nature of the Service & AI Disclosure
Characters, conversations, images, and other outputs are generated by artificial intelligence (AI) and are not real people or facts. Generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate and must not be used as medical, legal, or financial advice.
3. Eligibility & Age
You must be at least 15 years old to use the Service. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement. Accounts with false age information may be restricted.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Creating, uploading, or sharing illegal content including CSAM
- Harassment, hate, threats, or defamation
- NSFW, violent, or illegal content (this Service follows an all-ages SFW policy)
- Account theft, impersonation, abuse, scraping, or automated misuse
- Reverse engineering, unauthorized security testing, or disrupting the Service

5. Paid Features, Subscriptions & Credits
- Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a payment provider (e.g. Stripe). The Company does not store full payment card numbers.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel anytime via in-app subscription management or the payment provider portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Credits are a virtual currency with no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, or inherited. Free credits may expire (typically within 30 days unless otherwise stated). Paid credit validity is shown at purchase.
- Digital content and credits that have been delivered or consumed are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a purchase has not been used and you request a refund within 7 days. Contact support@storypulse.ai for billing help.
6. Intellectual Property
To the extent permitted by law, you retain rights in content you create and grant the Company a limited license to operate and promote the Service.
7. Disclaimer
The Company disclaims liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for issues including AI inaccuracy, force majeure, and user misconduct.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms and will provide notice of material changes.
9. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
